A glance into head chef Rafe’s culinary beginnings sets the scene for what we guarantee Our wine list draws primarily from Italy, promoting lesser known varietals such as Falanghina, Greco di Tufo, Grillo and Primitivo, highlighting the wealth of wines from the Southern Italian regions of Campania, Calabria & Puglia and naturally we would advise a limoncello or one of our other many digestivos to conclude the full Italian experience.
